The desire to surprise and give gifts is as universal as love. A personalised products company like RegaloOriginal.com then had to make an effort to overcome the barriers of its own country, Spain. After all, the customer is the one who designs the final product with their own images and texts. Yet, to make their purchase easy, we help them as much as possible with our tutorial videos or our multilingual customer service! If our gifts are not limited to a single language, why should our website and our team be limited to a single language?
From Madrid (Spain), in 2016, we made the international leap fortified by our great course. For three years, we offered our entire Spanish catalogue in four of the most widely spoken European languages: English, French, German and Italian. This project grew until it took on its own identity in 2019 with the rebranding of RegaloOriginal.com to MadeInGift.com. Thanks to this global vocation, we have delivered custom products to more than 50 countries globally. None of this would have been possible without its multicultural, multiethnic and multidisciplinary team that works side by side daily to adapt to each market:

Adapting the products to the habits of each country is the greatest achievement and the daily challenge of this international team. We strive to make our online shop barrier-free for any culture from product images to our design templates. You cannot imagine the funny contrasts that the different European lifestyles give us! Italians are still buying custom towels in the summer whereas, Germans are still designing their polar and coral blankets. And you, which personalised product would you buy for each season? Being part of so many beautiful stories and your personal highlights is the best thing about this international adventure.
